Description
Molina Healthcare of Illinois, together with Bethany United Church of Christ, will host a drive-thru food giveaway in Freeport. Participants will receive a grocery bag filled with corn, green beans, mashed potatoes, cake mix, cake frosting, stuffing mix, macaroni and cheese, and gravy. Each family will also receive a turkey or ham, while supplies last. Participants will be asked to remain in their vehicles and their trunks will be loaded. With over 10% of Stephenson County residents facing food insecurity, the holidays can be stressful. Through this annual event, Molina hopes to make an impact on local families in need of a nutritious, accessible meal this holiday season.
