Description
Learn first aid, CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED) use specific to infants and children at a special Heartsaver® Pediatric First Aid course at FHN. The course is open to the public and will cover first aid basics including controlling bleeding and bandaging, burns, heat- or cold-related injuries, poison emergencies, and fractures and sprains, as well as CPR and AED use, and what to do in case of choking. The course will be offered from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Saturday, March 23 at FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport.
