"Like" and continue to check this event page for more information on local wineries and locations. $20 Pre-Event General Admission includes 10 tasting tickets and souvenir wine glass. $40 VIP Ticket (pre-event sale only until May 8) includes 15 tasting tickets, one-hour early entry, t-shirt, and souvenir wine glass. Pretzel City Winefest is a wine tasting event in Downtown Freeport featuring Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa wines on Saturday, May 22, 2021. The wines will be sampled inside select businesses from noon to 4 p.m., with VIP entry beginning at 11 am. The event kicks off with registration/check-in at Hilldale Deli (30 W. Stephenson St.) where you will be given your souvenir tasting glass and tasting tickets. A limited number of VIP passes are also on sale which includes an additional hour to sample, 15 tasting tickets, a t-shirt, Hilldale Deli Cake Pop, wine bag, and a souvenir glass for $40. Additional tasting tickets can be purchased at Hilldale Deli; 5 tickets for $5. Samples will be available at 15 stops and over 25 varieties of wine. Pre-sale tickets are being sold online only. General tickets will be for sale on the day of the event for $30.
